Life can be stressful for kids. Giving them tools to manage everyday challenges is crucial to them feeling confident and being resilient. Having a mindfulness practice helps your child/teen focus, reduces their stress level, and assists them to self regulate their emotions.
During this workshop, kids will have the opportunity to try various ways to practice mindfulness such as mindful breathing, meditation, and visualization so that they can create their own plan for daily mindfulness practice.
