To this include all coaching and mastermind programs. For these programs the following applies: Client acknowledges and agrees the Services provided by Company for coaching and masterminds and online courses are of a unique nature in which the value of the services are earned in full as a result of the first meeting or session, with Client, or access to the product content, regardless of the term set forth in the Scope or Program or Services. Client understands that it is Company’s normal practice to request payment in full at the first session or meeting with Client and that any payment plan offered by Company is for convenience to Client and not representative of payment for services each month. Client agrees that said Services are considered rendered and provided for in full and the fee for services is earned and due in full at or prior to the first session; and that the opportunity to pay Company monthly is for Client’s convenience.
